The 2930s

The 2930s were founded in 2009 by The BossHoss bassist Guss Brooks and the Australian guitarist singer/songwriter The Josh. Together, their diverse influences focus on a highly explosive signature sound somewhere between indie, punk rock, garage and 60's soul.

Riding shot gun alongside Danko Jones, Triggerfinger and The Sonics, the band shifted into high gear in 2016 playing arena shows with their pals, The BossHoss, during the Dos Bros tour, which has only strengthened The 2930s reputation as a gripping and energetic live band.

Packed with crunching guitar riffs, driving bass lines and the charismatic vocals from front man The Josh, it's all about a wild journey of heartache, despair and burning passion. The 2930s power through to absolute exhaustion on stage with their contagious high-energy set of audience favourites from all 3 albums. No wonder fans travel cross country to see these boys live and loud.

The 2930s release their third studio album "Drive" (out 15-12-2017 Internashville Recordings Berlin) embarking on a record release tour in spring 2018.
